What data we collect

Only what you enter in the website forms: your name, phone number or email, a note to your request, and the products, sizes and quantities from your cart or price request.

We do not collect passport data, payment data or other special categories of data.

Why

To answer your request: contact you, calculate the price, agree on manufacturing and delivery. We do not use this data for newsletters and do not share it for advertising.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you submit a form on the website. You can withdraw it at any time — just write to us.

Who has access

Requests are seen only by OV-KOMPLEKT managers. To deliver request notifications we use our hosting provider’s email service and an internal Telegram bot. Data is stored on a secure server. We do not sell or share data with third parties except where required by law.

How long we keep it

No longer than needed to process your request and fulfil the order, or until you withdraw your consent.

Cart and cookies

Your cart and recently viewed products are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent to us until you submit a request. The website does not use advertising cookies.

The Contacts page shows a Google Maps map — Google may use its own cookies under its policy.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Write to trade@ov-k.com.ua. You also have the right to contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
